Overview
I like to eat Shanxi's soft twists. You can't find them elsewhere, so I try to make them myself. They are especially soft and delicious.

Let the dough rise first. Add salt, sugar, lard, yeast, steamed bun partner, and eggs to the flour. Mix well with water at about 37 degrees and knead the dough.
