Black sesame fermented sesame seed cakes
Overview
Sometimes small appliances can really save us a lot of trouble. Not only do we use a bread machine and an electric cake stall, but also use a ten-minute rapid fermentation method to proof the dough. In about half an hour, you can have a satisfying yeasted sesame cake. Those who are interested may wish to try it when they have time...

Ingredients
Steps
-
First pour 10 grams of yeast into the bread machine bucket, add 330 grams of warm water and stir evenly with chopsticks, let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes;
-
Add 500 grams of plain flour, 5 grams of baking powder and 5 grams of white sugar;
-
Turn on the dough kneading program of the bread machine and knead the dough evenly (it took me five minutes to knead the dough);
-
Cover and ferment for ten minutes until the dough has large holes;
-
Open the lid, use scissors to cut a few small holes in the dough, pour in 50 grams of flour in small amounts and multiple times, and start the bread machine kneading program at the same time (I knead the dough for about five minutes), and knead the dough and flour evenly;
-
Cover and let rise for 10 minutes;
-
After proofing, take out the dough and divide it into 12 small pieces, roll each into a round shape;
-
Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a thin sheet with a rolling pin;
-
Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top and use a rolling pin to roll the sesame seeds into the dough sheet to embed them;
-
Fold the dough piece up and down;
-
Roll it out into thin sheets again, and do this three times in total (this will release a lot of air from the dough);
-
Finally, roll the dough into a round shape;
-
After all are completed, arrange them in order from the first to the twelfth (this is to save the time of waking up after plastic surgery, start with the ones that have been shaped from the beginning!);
-
Put the slightly fattened dough into the preheated electric cake stall in order;
-
Cover the lid and cook both sides for 3 minutes, until the surface is browned and the aroma of the pancake is exuding (my electric pancake setting is to heat up and down at the same time without turning over, and the scallion pancake will be cooked in 6 minutes if set to the pancake setting). Open the lid and take it out;
