Braised noodles with tomatoes and eggs

Prepare two tomatoes, four eggs, a small piece of onion, and a handful of noodles!

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, beat the eggs, slice the onions, and add a little chopped parsley (you can leave it out if you don’t like it)

Put oil in the pot and pour in the eggs

Fry the eggs into small pieces and set aside!

Take another pot, put oil in the pot, heat the oil 70%, add onions and stir-fry.

Stir-fry over medium heat until the tomatoes are soft and mushy, then add half a spoonful of boiling water
