  1. Wash the red beans.

  9. Turn on medium-low heat and stir-fry the red beans.

  10. Reserve brown sugar, or white sugar can be used.

  11. Fry the red bean paste until the water is dry. Remember to stir fry constantly and be careful not to stick it to the pot.
