Fried rice has always been good news for lazy people like me! It’s simple and quick, you can put everything you want to eat in it, today I made delicious tomato, sausage and egg fried rice!

First prepare sausage, tomatoes, eggs, rice and a little green onion. My friend made the sausages as a gift during the Chinese New Year, so I asked her for advice on how to make them another day.

Pour oil into the pan and heat up the scrambled eggs. After frying, take them out and set aside.

(Because I was lazy) I didn't wash the pot and then fried the sausage directly. I didn't add any more oil, and the sausage itself was also oily. ps: Because the sausage is frozen, I have steamed it beforehand and just stir-fried it a little.

Then add tomatoes and sauté until tomatoes become soft.

Pour in the rice and eggs and stir-fry, add a little salt and fresh soy sauce. You only need a small spoonful of fresh soy sauce to enhance the flavor. Fresh soy sauce has a salty taste, so don’t add too much salt. I don’t know the exact number of grams, but I’ll add less. If you think it’s bland, you can add more. If it’s salty, there’s nothing you can do about it.
