Sautéed Pork Liver
Overview
Pork liver fried in sauce is made into various toppings, noodles, noodles, and rice bowls on the streets of Shanghai, but it is basically marinated pork liver, which tastes relatively tender. As an obsessive-compulsive person who wants all food to be cooked thoroughly, I always feel that it is not cooked enough and cannot eat it, so the blanching method is more suitable for me.
