Prepare materials
-
Mix orange juice, orange pulp, sugar and eggs into a mixing bucket and mix evenly
-
Add high-gluten flour and yeast, and knead into a dough after the flour completely absorbs the water
-
When the surface of the dough is smooth and not sticky, add softened butter and knead again until the surface of the dough is smooth and you can pull out the glove film
-
After the kneaded dough has rested for 15 minutes, divide the dough into 5 small pieces of 100 grams each and roll them into balls
-
Then use a rolling pin to roll it into an inverted triangle, roll it into a long strip, and put it into a toast mold
-
Repeat these 6 steps
-
Put the prepared toast into the oven for fermentation. Adjust the oven to the fermentation function. Fill the baking sheet with hot water, place it on the bottom floor of the oven, and ferment for about 1 hour
-
Ferment until the mold (8 minutes full) is ready
-
Cover the fermented toast with the mold cover and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees and 160 degrees for 35 minutes
-
Slice it and eat with jam
