Heat oil in a pan, add chicken pieces and fry until golden brown and remove

Add oil to the dried chili peppers, fry them and stir-fry until fragrant

Heat oil in a pot, add onion, ginger and garlic, stir until fragrant. Pour in the fried dried chilies and add the fried diced chicken

Fry the lotus root slices till brown and set aside
