Cut the enoki mushrooms into two sections, cut the tofu into cubes, and chop the green onions

Heat oil in the pot

Stir-fry the enoki mushrooms, chopped green onions for two minutes, add tofu and an appropriate amount of water, cook on high heat for 10 minutes, low heat for five minutes, and add an appropriate amount of salt.

At the end, add another part of chopped green onion and take it out of the pot.
