Leek, egg and shrimp dumplings

Every time I come to Meitian, I always look for recipes to learn how to cook. This time I finally tried to post recipes.

Knead the dough first and then set it aside to rise.

Wash the leeks and chop them finely. Three eggs are fried and chopped. Pick out the mud line from the shrimp and cut into sections.

Put the three together, add oil, five-spice powder, a small amount of salt, cooked cooking oil, and stir well.

When preparing the filling, the dough has risen and is ready to be rolled out.

The large pieces of shrimp make up half of the filling, which is very satisfying to eat.

All that's left is to cook the dumplings. Add the dumplings after the water boils. The leeks are easy to cook and can be served after two boils. My favorite dumplings are those stuffed with leeks, eggs and shrimp~
