Overview
I have fried pork meatballs before, but they were not as delicious as this! The only difference in the method is the addition of steamed bun crumbs, which makes the meatballs taste very good...

Steps
-
Use a food processor to mix pork front leg meat, which is 70% lean and 30% fat, into pork filling (or chop with a knife)
-
Tear off the skin of the steamed buns and knead them into steamed bun crumbs
-
Crack an egg into the pork filling;
-
Add light soy sauce, salt, pepper and chicken essence;
-
Pour in the steamed bun crumbs;
-
Use chopsticks to stir thoroughly in a clockwise direction; (you will feel obvious stickiness and elasticity)
-
Hold an appropriate amount of meat filling and squeeze out the meatballs from your thumb and index finger;
-
After the oil pan is hot, turn to medium-low heat, add the meatballs and fry slowly until the surface is golden brown.
-
The fried meatballs can be eaten like IKEA meatballs, dipped in blue mold sauce and eaten directly; or cooked with vegetables, tofu, etc. to make meatball soup; or as an appetizing sweet and sour dish---
-
Heat oil in the pot, turn off the heat first; (otherwise, when you pour the tomato sauce, it will splash>
-
Finally, stir in the pork meatballs and coat evenly with the sauce, and that’s it!
