Grilled chicken legs with barbecued pork sauce
Overview
I bought a bottle of barbecued pork sauce. I only used it once and there was still a lot left. I bought two frozen chicken drumsticks in the supermarket last week. I remembered the remaining barbecued pork sauce and made this barbecued pork drumstick. It tastes really good!

Defrost chicken legs in advance

Ingredients required (soy sauce mixed with peanut oil). Chop the garlic and ginger into fine pieces

Mix barbecued pork sauce, light soy sauce, peanut oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger

Clean the chicken legs and cut them into several cuts to make them more flavorful and easier to cook

Put the chicken legs in a container, add the prepared sauce and mix well. Keep in the refrigerator for half a day

Place the marinated chicken legs in a baking pan (with tinfoil on the bottom) and wrap the thin parts with tinfoil, otherwise they will burn easily

Place in the oven (preheat the oven in advance) and bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes
