Glutinous glutinous rice, white fungus and wolfberry soup
Overview
Every Chinese New Year, I make fermented glutinous rice and several kinds of sweet soup. My favorite is fermented glutinous rice, white fungus and wolfberry soup. Not only my family likes to drink it, but also relatives and friends. Glutinous glutinous rice wine is also called glutinous rice wine. It is sweet and mellow. It can stimulate the secretion of digestive glands, increase appetite and help digestion. The fermented glutinous rice also has the effects of refreshing and relieving fatigue, quenching thirst and relieving heat, promoting blood circulation and moisturizing the skin. It also has a certain effect on the following symptoms: dull complexion, spontaneous sweating; or usually weak constitution, dizziness, sallow complexion, lack of energy and fatigue, stomachache due to moderate deficiency, and clear stools.

Wash the white fungus bubbles, tear into small pieces, boil in water for about 20 minutes and remove
