The Japanese tofu I bought last time was intended to be used in hot pot, but I forgot to use it, so I suddenly thought of trying it out in cooking.

Prepare the required ingredients.

Slice Japanese tofu, slice potatoes, and chop tomatoes. Chop the garlic and set aside.

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add Japanese tofu and fry slowly over low heat.

Fry until golden brown on both sides and set aside.

Leave a little oil in the pot, add minced garlic and tomatoes and stir-fry over low heat.

Sauté until the tomatoes turn into paste.

Add potatoes and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Pour in the Japanese tofu.

Add 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon salt, and 2 tablespoons light soy sauce.

Add half a bowl of water, cover and cook over high heat for about 1 minute.
