Steps
-
Put the milk, eggs and sugar into the bread machine bucket and stir it a few times with chopsticks.
-
Pour in the high-gluten flour, dry yeast and salt diagonally.
-
After the first kneading of the bread machine, softened butter is added. After the second kneading, the mixed dough is allowed to ferment until it is 2-2.5 times in size.
-
Take out the fermented dough and knead it a little (if it's sticky, sprinkle some dry flour) and divide it evenly into 8 equal parts and let it rest for 10 minutes.
-
Roll the rested dough into a rectangle.
-
Turn over and roll up from top to bottom.
-
After rolling it, straighten it out a little.
-
Roll them up and put them into the baking pan. Put the baking pan into the oven. Use a small basin of hot water under the baking pan (to keep the dough surface moist) for the second fermentation. When it doubles in size, brush a layer of egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
