Steps
-
Cut the purchased ribs into pieces and soak them in cold water. Change the water every once in a while until the ribs turn white and set aside
-
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces and set aside (the tomatoes are added to soften the ribs and remove greasiness and improve freshness)
-
Put the soaked ribs into a pot of cold water (enough cold water) and add a little cooking wine. After boiling, skim off the blood foam and turn off the heat. Pour the water and the ribs into the electric pressure cooker
-
Put the aniseed, green onions, ginger slices and tomatoes into the pressure cooker, add salt to taste, cover and pressurize twice
-
Wait until the pressure cooker is exhausted!
