Cherry tomatoes in oil

Overview

This is a large oven, not an independent oven. The oven door is opened slightly to allow the water vapor inside to come out and prevent it from dripping in.

  1. Wash, dry and cut cherry tomatoes

  2. Place in a baking pan and bake at a low temperature of 60 degrees, leaving the oven door open a slit

  3. What it looks like after about 6 hours

  4. Boil olive oil, bay leaves, and thyme until it boils. After cooling, add cherry tomatoes and bottle
