Purple sweet potato cake
Overview
After the beginning of autumn, the weather became more cloudy than sunny, often foggy and accompanied by rain. I couldn't take photos of vegetables on Saturdays and Sundays, and I was going crazy inside. Fortunately, I always have it in stock, so I’m posting Cool Purple Sweet Potato Cake today. When the weather is hot, I will make some pastries and keep them in the refrigerator. On hot days, eating a few pieces of cool pastries will give you that refreshing feeling.

Prepare the ingredients, I forgot to take the milk and sugar

Soak agar in water for 30 minutes

Steam the purple sweet potato in a steamer

Peel the purple sweet potato while it's hot and mash it into puree

Pour mashed potatoes, sugar and milk into a blender and beat into a fine paste

Boil water in a pot, add soaked agar and cook until completely dissolved

Pour in the purple potato paste and stir evenly

Brush a thin layer of oil into a glass bowl, pour in the cooked purple sweet potato agar-agar paste, let cool, then refrigerate in the refrigerator for an hour, take it out and cut into pieces
