Wash and drain the red phoenix.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, and a little water and beat well.

Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry until dispersed.

Add additional oil to the pot, sauté the minced garlic over low heat, turn to high heat and stir-fry the red cabbage until soft, add the eggs, season with salt and stir-fry evenly.
