Stir-fried beef cubes with peas
Overview
I didn’t know the difference between Australian beef and local beef, so I bought some because of the price, thinking that good products are not cheap. But I forgot to buy garlic seedlings, so I was wondering about the compatibility. Thinking about whether the green color of peas and the red color of beef can match? I think the color is pretty good. So I did it, and it was quite delicious.

Beef and carrots diced

Add a little cooking wine to the diced beef

Add a few drops of sesame oil to moisturize

Sprinkle some black pepper

Top with some light soy sauce

Mix well

Pour oil into the pot, add diced carrots first
