Air fried peanuts
Overview
When I was young, my grandfather loved to drink. He would drink three small glasses of white wine every noon. At that time, there were no snacks. He grew some peanuts in his own land, and fried peanuts were a very good snack. Take a sip of the wine and pinch two peanuts. It’s very satisfying to watch grandpa drink wine. My brother and I also eat the peanuts on the plate. Sometimes the fried peanuts are mixed with salt, and sometimes they are mixed with sugar. The two flavors are sweet and salty. With the crunch of the peanuts, it feels particularly delicious. Later, as I got older and my grandfather passed away, no one drank at noon for a while, and fried peanuts became less common. Later, when my father retired, he would drink some wine at noon just like my grandfather did. Peanuts were of course an excellent snack to go with wine. I also tried to learn how to make fried peanuts, but they were often fried black and mushy, which wasted a lot of peanuts. Later, I became proficient and could control the heat and temperature, and the peanuts were getting better and better. However, the oil left after frying the peanuts became stained and the taste changed. It felt like a waste every time. Later, I got married and started a family with someone who didn't like drinking. Although there was wine at home, it was just used as a seasoning for cooking. It wasn’t until one day when we were chatting, Duo’s father said that he used to like fried peanuts. Then I realized that people who don’t like to drink would also like to eat fried peanuts. But I always thought it was just a snack! Now it’s easier to make this dish, because you don’t need to use a wok at all. Let’s take a look at the oil-less version of fried peanuts I made. It only uses a little bit of oil, so there is no waste. The peanuts are also very crispy!

After about 5 minutes, pull out the frying basket and shake it to make the peanuts heat evenly; then push it back; after 5 minutes, you need to pay more attention. If the peanuts are almost fried, you can take them out;

Friends who like to eat fried peanuts, isn’t this method very simple and hassle-free? Compared with the wok method, the air fryer is more fuel-efficient and has better control over time and temperature. So recently, I use the air fryer to make peanuts at home.

You can deep-fry it whenever you want, and air-frying is even easier.
