Pineapple Chicken Slices
Overview
Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits. When pineapples are on the market in large quantities and the price is not high, I bought some pineapples and made them into cans. They are delicious, hassle-free, and easy to store. Canned pineapple can be stored for a month or two without any problem. The canned pineapple is sweet and sour and appetizing, and can also be used for cooking. Today I used the canned pineapple I made and paired it with chicken breast to make a pineapple chicken slice that my children like. If you like it, you can try it too~~

Main ingredients: chicken breast, pineapple (canned), green pepper

Slice ginger, remove seeds from green pepper and cut into diamond-shaped slices

Cut the chicken into slices, put it in a bowl, add salt, pepper and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for a few minutes.

Put two tablespoons of flour and two tablespoons of cornstarch into the marinated chicken breasts, and add an appropriate amount of water to make a suitable paste.

Heat the oil until it is 60% hot, put each piece into the pan and fry them thoroughly

Once fried to this extent, you can fish it out.

Raise the oil temperature to 80% hot, drop it in and fry again.

Remove quickly when golden brown.

Prepare a bowl of gravy in advance: two tablespoons of tomato sauce, two tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, a few drops of dark soy sauce (for coloring of dark soy sauce), 1/2 teaspoon of starch, add an appropriate amount of starch and mix thoroughly to form a sauce.

Put oil in the pot, add ginger slices and sauté until fragrant

Pour in the prepared gravy and stir-fry over low heat.

Stir-fry until the gravy is bright and thick.

Add the fried chicken and green pepper and stir-fry quickly over high heat

Stir-fry until the gravy is evenly coated, add the pineapple, and continue to stir-fry over high heat.

Turn off the heat and serve until the gravy is evenly coated on the ingredients.

Finally, I attached a picture of the canned pineapple and canned red fruits I made myself. Canning is really the best way to preserve fruit.
