Ingredients: cucumber, dried chili pepper.

Prepare the garlic cloves.

Wash the cucumber, cut it in half crosswise, flatten each one, and cut it diagonally into pieces.

Cut dried chilies into shreds.

Flatten the garlic and chop into small pieces. Add salt, vinegar, MSG and mix into sauce.

Mix the sauce with the cucumber pieces and place on a plate. Spread the chili shreds on the cucumber pieces.
