Steps
-
Break up the pork filling, add appropriate amount of water, and stir.
-
Chop the green onions and ginger into fine pieces, add them to the meat filling, and stir evenly.
-
Break open the rapeseed, wash it and set aside.
-
Soak the fungus in cold water 30 minutes in advance. After soaking until it becomes larger, wash it, cut it into small strips, and set aside.
-
Boil water in a soup pot. After the water boils, add seaweed and wakame. After these vegetables are cooked, use a spoon to add meat filling one by one to make meatballs.
-
After the meatballs are formed, add fungus and rapeseed. Since seaweed and wakame contain salt, there is no need to add any more salt to this soup.
-
Rapeseed and fungus meatball soup, paired with a small bowl of rice, is still very good.
