  1. Slice pork liver and rinse twice with water to remove blood

  2. Add water to the wok and bring to a boil. Add pork liver and blanch for half a minute

  3. Take out, drain and set aside

  4. Slice carrots, cut pepper into rings, mince green onion

  5. Make bowl sauce: mix light soy sauce, five-spice powder, oyster sauce, water, chicken essence and starch

  6. Heat vegetable oil in a wok, add carrot slices and stir-fry for about half a minute

  7. Add hot pepper and minced green onion and continue to stir-fry for a few times

  8. Add pork liver and stir-fry

  9. Add a little water, bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for two minutes

  10. Return to high heat, add bowl of juice, stir-fry twice and serve on a plate
