Slice pork liver and rinse twice with water to remove blood

Add water to the wok and bring to a boil. Add pork liver and blanch for half a minute

Take out, drain and set aside

Slice carrots, cut pepper into rings, mince green onion

Make bowl sauce: mix light soy sauce, five-spice powder, oyster sauce, water, chicken essence and starch

Heat vegetable oil in a wok, add carrot slices and stir-fry for about half a minute

Add hot pepper and minced green onion and continue to stir-fry for a few times

Add pork liver and stir-fry

Add a little water, bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for two minutes

Return to high heat, add bowl of juice, stir-fry twice and serve on a plate
