Weird-tasting potato thin
Overview
In Yunnan, the potato is also called the old milk potato. The potato is mashed and mixed with different ingredients and cooked into porridge. My stomach has not been feeling well lately, so I wanted to make something easy to digest. A few days ago, my mother made a plate of goose with old milk and potato. Yeah, that’s it. The potato tastes weird~

The ingredients are ready: goose meat, goose fat, dried black bean cakes, dried pickled vegetables, cooked and peeled potatoes.

Chop goose meat, dried black bean cakes, and dried pickled vegetables.

Mash the potatoes into puree.

After the preparations are done, start to put the pan in the pan, stir-fry the goose meat, dried black beans, and dried pickled vegetables with goose fat.

Pour in water and cook.
