There were a lot of various side dishes prepared, but I didn’t actually use them all.
-
Beat the eggs, cut various vegetables and ham into small cubes, cut the cheese into strips, and set aside some ham pieces for later use.
-
Use chopsticks to loosen the rice.
-
Fry the eggs first.
-
Sauté onions and ham sausage in hot oil.
-
Add corn kernels and stir-fry.
-
Add rice and stir-fry until there are no lumps.
-
Add cucumber and eggs, add appropriate amount of salt and stir well.
-
Put it into a large flat-bottomed bowl, first spread a layer of rice and sprinkle with a little cheese, then spread a layer of rice and press lightly with a spoon to make it smooth.
-
Arrange cheese strips in a staggered manner and place ham sausage slices on the grid.
-
Place in the oven on the middle shelf at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, and bake until the cheese melts and the ham is slightly browned. The specific time depends on the temperament of your own oven!

Post a big picture! The rich milky aroma of cheese reveals the fragrance of various vegetables. It tastes really good!
