Everyone is familiar with fried rice, such as egg fried rice, Yangzhou fried rice, and soy sauce fried rice. . . . . . And my "Seasonal Vegetable Fried Rice" is probably the most commonly eaten fried rice at home. Especially when we get home after a long day at work, we really don’t want to make dinner that is too complicated or troublesome. . . . The simple "Seasonal Vegetable Fried Rice" has become our first choice. . . O(∩_∩)O~

After cleaning the mushrooms, wipe away the water and cut them into cubes. Mushrooms bought in the market should be washed several times before eating to remove certain chemical substances;

Remove the stems and seeds of green peppers and bell peppers, wash them, and cut them into dices the size of mushrooms;
