Fried Vermicelli with Green Garlic
Overview
I like to eat vermicelli, so I always keep some vermicelli at home. When I don’t have time to buy vegetables, I can soak a handful of vermicelli, add a spoonful of oyster sauce, pick some garlic sprouts and green onions planted in a flower pot and put them in it, and add a spoonful of oily chili pepper, and it’s easy to make a meal.
