Overview
The most delicious vegetable in winter is cabbage. The number one dish in my family is cabbage stewed with tofu, plus pork belly and vermicelli. It’s delicious. The second-ranked dish is this one. It’s sour and spicy, and it’s super delicious. Even my mother, who has been clamoring all day to lose weight, eats a lot of it, let alone a foodie like me
