Chop green onion, coriander, dried chili pepper, and mince garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions, dried chili peppers and minced garlic.

Add the clams and stir-fry for a while.

Add water to cover the clams, vinegar and a pinch of salt until the soup is submerged and it's ready to serve.
