Peanut Cranberry Nougat
Overview
I saw the sisters on the Internet making nougat. I didn’t know how delicious it was. I finally found the ingredients and started making it myself. During the process of making it, I not only smelled the fragrance of sugar, but also experienced the sweetness and beauty of nougat.

Ingredients: milk powder, peanuts, marshmallows, dried cranberries, butter, as well as small tools and sugar wrappers for making nougat.

Fry the peanuts over low heat until cooked.

Peel the fried peanuts, break them in half, and chop the dried cranberries.

Add butter to a non-stick pan and heat over low heat to melt.

Add marshmallows, stirring constantly, to melt together with butter.

Add milk powder and continue stirring. The liquid will become more and more sticky after adding milk powder.

When the dry powder of milk powder is no longer visible, add the peanuts and cranberries and stir vigorously.

Transfer the stirred sugar to a plastic nougat plate.

Use a rolling pin to flatten it back and forth, then let it cool. When the nougat does not stick to the knife, cut into pieces and wrap them in beautiful sugar paper.
