Matcha Coconut Milk Candy
Overview
I had some whipping cream left over from making a cake before, but I really didn’t want to eat the cake anymore, so I added sugar and boiled it into raw milk candy. However, it was too soft and had to be kept in the refrigerator. It could not be carried out because it would melt. In the end, coconut flakes were simply added to make the current matcha coconut flake milk candy. This was purely made randomly on the premise that I didn't want to waste materials. It tastes like nougat. Maybe you will find it troublesome for me to do this. But I don’t think you have to do what others do. Do whatever you please. Everyone has different tastes, just like it.

Steps
-
Pour the light cream, sugar, and condensed milk into a small pot and stir evenly
-
Stir and cook until thickened, add 1 gram of matcha powder. It feels like a thick yogurt with a slight resistance when stirring. If you want the candy to be hard, cook it a little longer. Into a paste.
-
Change the condensed milk to maltose and you will get raw milk candy. Refrigerate and cut into cubes. This one is delicious. It just melts easily and cannot be carried or given away.

So I changed the method and added the marshmallows again and heated and stirred. Pour while hot over the coconut crisps. Cool and cut into pieces. Here I added 1 gram more matcha powder.

Candy wrapper. I cut a whole piece into three pieces to wrap. Don't waste. Hee hee.
