Divide the butter into two portions, each portion is 40g, add 25g powdered sugar, and stir until smooth.

Then add 12g of egg liquid and mix smoothly,

Divide 140g flour into 75g and 65g + 10g cocoa powder, mix them into a smooth dough, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
