Pork Ribs and Bean Stew
Overview
People who grew up in the Northeast basically love to eat fried beans, especially this pork ribs stewed with beans. However, it seems that oil beans can only grow in the north. Even if they are not as long as Beijing and Dalian in the north, the seeds will only bloom but not bear fruit when they are planted in the south. Maybe only the black soil can produce such green beans... Closer to home, the ribs and beans stewed are delicious because the beans are soft but still green, and the ribs are fragrant and oily. It is so delicious that you can’t stop eating it. It is definitely worth the 45 minutes of waiting (☆_☆)
