Peanut Crisps
Overview
The nutritional value of peanuts is extremely high. Even some animal foods that are called advanced nutrients, such as eggs, milk, meat, etc., are inferior to peanuts. For me, who doesn’t eat meat or drink milk, I can eat some peanuts instead. In addition, peanuts are rich in calcium, which can promote bone development in children, so this snack with peanuts should be very suitable for children, especially those who don’t like peanuts, so they can eat peanuts indirectly.
