Steps
-
Pour all the main dough ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, then put the bucket into the bread machine and fix it, start the "dough" program, which includes two stages of kneading + fermentation. The default duration is 1:40
-
minutes after the program starts, add softened butter at room temperature
-
After kneading the dough, the program automatically enters the fermentation stage
-
Wait for the program to end and fermentation to be completed
-
Take out the fermented dough and knead it evenly to deflate the air
-
Divide into 7 parts
-
Roll into balls and let rest for 15 minutes
-
Take a piece of relaxed dough and roll it into an oval shape
-
After turning it over, arrange it into a rectangular shape and thin the long bottom edge
-
Roll up from top to bottom and pinch to seal
-
Slowly roll it into a long uniform shape
-
Knead the two ends together to form a ring
-
Arrange the dough into an oval shape and place it on the baking sheet
-
Place the sausage in the central gap (you can press it down appropriately to make the sausage embed in), then place the baking sheet in a warm and moist place for secondary fermentation
-
While the dough is fermenting, chop an appropriate amount of chives and put them into a bowl
-
Sprinkle a little salt, pour in appropriate amount of corn oil, mix well and set aside
-
Let the dough ferment until about 2 times in size
-
Brush an even layer of egg wash on the surface of the dough
-
Then squeeze an appropriate amount of tomato sauce on the surface
-
Squeeze an appropriate amount of salad dressing
-
Finally, sprinkle the previously mixed chives on the surface
-
Place the baking sheet into the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
-
Let cool out of the oven and then seal and store
