2020 is a special Spring Festival. I haven’t gone out for nearly 20 days, and I don’t have much food at home. Let’s make a dish from various combinations. It tasted great, and my daughter ate half of the plate by herself.

Crush peanuts and walnuts into pieces. Shred the carrots, chop the green onions, and peel and head the prawns.

Boil the celery in boiling water for 3 minutes. Add some salt and oil to the water. The celery will be green in color and crispy in texture.
