Pork Ribs and Bean Stew
Overview
Pork ribs and stewed beans are a Northeastern dish. I am from the Northeast, so I like it very much. My wife is also happy to eat it, because she is pregnant, so there is no other seasoning except salt. You can add some MSG in moderation

It's okay if it's fried like this. Be sure not to taste it in the middle, because eating unripe beans can cause food poisoning.

A little dark soy sauce for coloring

Add half of the water to cover the beans and bring to a boil over high heat, add salt to taste, then cover and simmer over high heat for twenty minutes.

After twenty minutes have passed, collect the soup and take it out of the pot.
