  2. Prepare green and red peppers, corn, green beans, and diced meat.

  3. Roll out the dough into a sheet slightly thicker than the dumpling wrapper.

  4. Cut into strips with a knife and then into small square pieces, then pinch the small square pieces into lumps with your hands.

  6. Add a small spoonful of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of salt and a small spoonful of starch to the diced meat and mix well.

  12. Add a spoonful of oyster sauce and appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce and stir-fry for a while.

  13. Add green beans and corn kernels and stir-fry evenly.

  15. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt and vinegar and stir-fry until almost cooked.

  16. Finally add the gnocchi and stir-fry until all cooked. You can also add an appropriate amount of chicken powder and chopped green onions to stir-fry to enhance the flavor. (I have omitted these)
