Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the potatoes into crescent shapes and wash them in water. Then use a kitchen napkin to dry the surface of the potatoes.
-
Add two tablespoons of oil, as much as you like. If there are more potatoes, add more; if there are less potatoes, add less.
-
Add salt, cumin powder, and salt and pepper powder. If you like it spicy, you can also add some chili powder or black pepper. My kids don’t like spicy food, so I didn’t use it.
-
Cover the lid and shake it to mix the seasoning ~
-
Place the mixed potato cubes on a baking sheet lined with foil. Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. (Time may vary depending on size of potatoes. Just roast until done.). If you like the cumin flavor, you can sprinkle some more cumin on the surface of the potatoes~
