After several attempts, I finally succeeded in grilling the corn, which is crispy, tender, sweet and delicious!

Prepare the ingredients.

Rinse corn kernels.

Add appropriate amount of cornstarch.

Mix well.

Add a little oil to the pot, then spread the corn kernels on the bottom of the pot and press them tightly.

Add cooking oil and cover the corn.

Simmer over low heat for a few minutes, pouring off excess oil.

Just sprinkle some sugar.
