Since the weather has dropped recently, I get up later and later in the morning. Sometimes I don’t eat breakfast when I get up late. How can I stay warm without calorie intake? This quick breakfast dish can be done in ten minutes, so don’t treat your stomach badly!

  1. Mix one egg thoroughly, add flour and water to make a slightly thin paste. Pour a little oil into the pot, pour the egg batter into the pot, spread it into a round shape, and fry both sides till brown.
