After making this spicy tofu dish in the group two days ago, my friends liked it very much and said it looked delicious with rice, so I wrote about this tofu dish today. In fact, eating tofu seems simple, but if you really want it to be delicious, it is not as simple as you think. First of all, you have to cover up or transform the beany smell. This is the key to delicious tofu; tofu itself is a high-protein and low-fat healthy food. Heat a little base oil in the pan, about 40g.
