Wash the kidney beans and drain them, then break them into small pieces

Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces

Slice the meat and stew it with pork belly, which makes it more fragrant. My children don’t eat fatty meat, so I use lean meat here.

Heat oil in a pot

Add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant

After sauteing, add the kidney beans and stir-fry until the kidney beans change color and become darker.

To prepare the sauce, put two spoons of bean paste and one spoon of soy sauce in a bowl, add water to make the sauce.

Pour the prepared sauce into the pot.

After opening the pot, simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. You can check the batter in the middle.

When the potatoes become soft and the kidney beans are almost cooked, add salt and chicken essence, then stir-fry for a while to collect the juice and then serve.

The finished product tastes great when paired with rice.
