Electric pressure cooker cake
Overview
My son especially likes to eat cakes. I use an electric pressure cooker to make them without any additives, so my baby can eat them with confidence

Steps
-
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks into a water-free and oil-free basin
-
Add flour, salt, sugar and milk to the egg yolks and stir evenly. Don’t make it too thick. It will be almost like salad dressing
-
Add some sugar to the egg whites and beat until peaks can be pulled out, but no longer remains in the inverted bowl
-
Pour the beaten egg white into the egg yolk paste
-
Use a silicone spatula to stir evenly from side to side. Do not stir in circles
-
Preheat the electric pressure cooker with a thin layer of oil, pour in the mixed batter, and shake out the bubbles
-
Select the cake function. When it is ready, quickly open the lid and turn the cake upside down to cool
-
It can be eaten after cooling, either alone or with cream
