Overview

It’s only 18 to buy two portions at McDonald’s. I use 18 to buy chicken wings to make, which is enough for three people. It’s cost-effective to make them myself.

  1. Boil water. When the water boils, add chicken wings and a little ginger and cook for five minutes. That's it. When it’s ready, just rinse it with cold water until it’s cold, then add soy sauce and green onions, and marinate it for at least three hours, in order to make it more delicious. After marinating, beat the eggs, first coat them with flour, then dip them in eggs and finally dip them in bread crumbs. Fry until the oil bubbles and then fry until the bread crumbs turn golden. (Small chicken wings will be cooked after five minutes of cooking. If you choose larger chicken wings, you can cook them for a minute or two longer)
