I usually cook spicy tofu, but today I made mapo tofu and it tasted good.

Cut tofu into small pieces and soak in water for 15 minutes

Add oil to the pot, add minced meat and stir-fry, then add cooking wine

Add bean paste, if you like it spicy, add more

Pour the tofu into the pot. It is best not to use a spatula to turn it, as it is easy to break

I didn't add salt. The bean paste was a bit salty, so I didn't add it. Add two teaspoons of sugar
