  1. Cut tofu into small pieces and soak in water for 15 minutes

  5. Pour the tofu into the pot. It is best not to use a spatula to turn it, as it is easy to break

  6. I didn't add salt. The bean paste was a bit salty, so I didn't add it. Add two teaspoons of sugar
