Waterless beef stew
Overview
I'm raising a baby by myself, so I don't even bother to cook for myself. Two meals of complementary food are enough for me to keep busy. This beef stew in a pressure cooker doesn't require you to watch. It saves trouble and is delicious

After the pressure cooker is deflated, transfer it to a plate.

The beef and tendons are soft and delicious, and the glutinous mashed potatoes are dipped in it. It goes very well with rice. There is no excess soup in the pot. The water from the soy sauce, meat and vegetables is enough to generate steam, so don't add any more water.
