30g of dried seaweed, soaked in water and washed, 15g of chicken cut into shreds, 20g of dried oysters (you can cut them into pieces if they are large), 2 slices of ginger

Put chicken, dried oysters and ginger slices into the soup and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add seaweed and cook for 5 minutes

Turn off the heat, add the egg liquid and stir

Then add chopped green onion and 1/3 spoon of salt (you can skip the salt if you like it lighter, because dried oysters are seafood and have their own salty taste)
